Rear brake upgrade kit

Brake upgrade kit for the PIRCV, (Barracuda) rear suspension. Includes: 1 x 312mm 5mm thick floating disc rotor, 1 x adjuster plate with caliper mount, 1 x large twin piston caliper. This Brake upgrade increases braking power & solves potential issues of distorting rotors. NOTE: All of Edge made CVCART’s are now fitted with this upgrade kit as standard, this upgrade kit is intended for older versions of the CVCART that were fitted with a solid 280mm rotor & smaller caliper.

Front brake upgrade

Front Brake upgrade for Barracuda when fitting 15” wheels. Right & left sides. Uprights are of a new design that has increased kingpin inclination to compensate for the heavier steering induced by 15” wheels. Bigger floating rotors & Wilwood calipers. Awesome braking power. NOTE: ¾” master cylinder is required. Kit Includes: 2 x FWH-04 alloy hubs, 2 x Stub axles, 2 x Wilwood calipers, 2 x 312mm diameter 6mm thick floating rotors, Bearings & seals, studs & nuts.

CV-REVERSE, New design centre housing & centre cartridge. Has integrated electric reverse gear using a 2hp electric motor. This kit replaces parts CV1 & CVCART. Also includes parts ADJUST-ASSEM, CV8, CV9, CV10 & CV12. Features fully welded centre housing, upgraded 12 bolt 60 tooth sprocket, large floating rotor/ring-gear & larger caliper.

Wheel nut for BTR rims

Wheel nuts to suit 15" BTR rims. BTR rims have a VW style radius instead of a 60 degree taper for the wheel nut. Edge have custom made these nuts to suit the BTR rims. These nuts have the correct radius, 7/16" UNF thread to suit a standard wheel stud, 7/8" Hex, 35mm long with a domed head. (sold individually).
