930 CV Over-boot, (set of 4) suits all 930 CV joints, These are the toughest 930 CV boots made. Designed by Edge & made of tough durable rubber. 4mm wall thickness & 5mm thickness at each end. 168mm overall length. Designed to fit a 25mm, (1”) axle & fit over the top of the CV joint. No mounting flanges required. (90-110mm hose clamp required to fit) (Will fit Edge manufactured PIRCV components from August 08’ onwards).

Complete track rod kit with weld on chassis mounts, rod ends & adjusters. This kit is designed to go between the chassis side & the rear suspension uprights to give more torsional support to the rear suspension. One end of the track rod has a weld-on mount that welds to the chassis. The other end is a clevis which replaces the bolt through the top suspension arm mount point. The track rods have chrome moly rod ends at each end with a right & left hand adjuster to tune.

Wheel nuts to suit 15" BTR rims. BTR rims have a VW style radius instead of a 60 degree taper for the wheel nut. Edge have custom made these nuts to suit the BTR rims. These nuts have the correct radius, 7/16" UNF thread to suit a standard wheel stud, 7/8" Hex, 35mm long with a domed head. (sold individually).

Set of 4 machined exhaust header stubs to suit Hayabusa engine, all models. 38.3mm bore to suit 1 1/2", (38.1mm) exhaust tube. 45.3mm OD x 19mm thick. 1mm Chamfer on one inside edge for welding in exhaust tube. These stubs fit on the very end of the exhaust system where the header pipes bolt up into the cylinder head & they sit against the exhaust port sealing gasket rings. (used for making your own exhaust system).

Upgraded rear drive sprocket for PIRCV rear end, includes 8mm thick, steel 60 tooth 530 pitch sprocket, drive flange that fits over CV3 drive hub, 12 x M10 mounting screws, 6 x M10 Nyloc nuts, 6 x 4mm Rollpins. The flange bolts to the inside of the sprocket & uses the CV3 drive hub as a spline drive. The rollpins stop the original 6 drive screws un-winding. (all Edge CVCARTS have this kit as standard).
